去年来宜昌的时候就住的这家，印象非常不错，今年来还是住这里！地理位置很优越，服务超级棒，性价比很高！还有宜昌东站的接送服务，出门在外，来的时候有人接，走的时候有人送，非常舒适温馨的感觉！整个酒店服务人员素质都很高，特别要表扬的是我们的接送司机王强小哥哥，一路上细致耐心有问必答，给我们带来冬日里的温暖和感动，下次来宜昌一定还要住在水云岚！

酒店设施一般，房间偏小，服务还行，有不限量纯净水供应是个亮点，酒店位置不错，临近万达广场和长江，但是大堂太小，停车位置也不多。但是宜昌在国庆涨价太多，基本都在一倍以上，宰客心态明显。

服务很周到，一楼大堂免费水果零食，自助洗衣房很方便，还有免费接送站的服务，只需提前预约就可以了1。6号服务员很热情1，服务很好。
