这是我在外住的酒店里最不愉快的一晚，在网上看到那么多好评才定了二晚，没想到进房间一闻都是发霉味道，问总台她也说不清，服务员去看了承认说好长时间没住的原因，墙上有厚厚的一层发霉灰尘，然后换房既然说满房，无房可换，想想第二天还要旅游只能过了一个不眠之夜，第二天退房有同程安排住了民生酒店，价格比他便宜，地段又好，主要住了舒服，希望酒店经理在管理方面一定要加强，宜昌是一个旅游城市，要面对全国游客，不能提供游客休息环境，你这生意做了心里怎么想的。
