入住期間已感覺到酒店的服務一流，到離開時我留了一支用過的洗面乳在酒店房間，他們居然會打電話通知我，因為我在入住時留了電話號碼。而由於我已準備上機離開台北，他們竟然願意無償寄回給我，而且更是以掛號形式，服務實在無可挑剔。

服務非常之好。安排細心。設備很完善。冬天以為只可浸溫泉，原來泳池也是䁔水池有30。c水溫冬天都可暢泳。小孩當月壽星預早通知酒店，會有蛋糕送上房間及佈置生日房間。👍🏻🎉

本来想订老爷，没房了换到长荣，没失望！服务好，设施好，早餐好！活动项目很多，非常适合亲子、朋友、情侣、带父母！每天泡两次露天风吕，嗨森！
