服务生态度很友善，提供专门小朋友的拖鞋及洗漱用品，且亲子活动很多，晚上大堂还有表演及抽奖，小朋友很喜欢，且顶楼的祼汤也很舒服，本次台湾之行最喜欢的酒店。

环境很好，服务贴心，五楼温泉设施齐备，有按摩水疗，有鱼疗，有干蒸和温蒸，天台溫泉很清静舒服，晚上自助攴丰盛，早上自助攴也很给力，有机会还会再来。

酒店還算新，接待和服務都很好，有美女帶到房間詳細介紹，行李送房間也快捷有禮，附近兩個溫泉公司都不遠。很行街食嘢需行10-15分鐘路。
