全5分。酒店里各种豪，在里面泡两天不成问题。带了6岁小朋友，没有要求额外加钱。而且小朋友的备品一应俱全，服务热情。只是携程上订的房价波动略大啊！

不得不说这真的是礁溪最好的酒店，酒店设施就不用说了，五星级就是那么给力。我想表扬的是酒店服务生的温暖有爱，处处为客人着想。下次必须还住这里

酒店很新，环境很好，服务也不错！到店当天正好是我的生日，在我告诉服务人员后，还送了蛋糕给我。冰箱里还准备了好多饮料和小吃都是免费赠送的。可惜原定行程只在宜兰呆一晚，打算以后再去宜兰还会住哪里！

酒店整體非常好，所有員工也非常友善，服務一流。今次訂房發生了小問題，出納那位女同事很樂意幫忙解決，而且還安慰我別擔心，真心多謝她！本人誠意推薦此酒店！！！

酒店让我惊艳了！本来想定老爷的，但看在价格上订了长荣，事实证明太明智了！酒店提供免费火车站接驳车，下了车还有脚垫，进入酒店有香味，让人很放松。由于最后包车游玩礁溪花莲，到达酒店已经很晚了，但是酒店服务人员还是给我们讲解房间设施以及所有的活动。另外酒店顶楼有裸汤，需要预约，早上基本没人，还有免费SPA区域我们都来不及体验，酒店早饭也不错有人带位。整体来说长荣凤凰是这次十一台湾游住的最舒服的酒店，酒店设施很新，服务人员态度都很好，是值得再次入住的酒店。推荐选择这家酒店的朋友们多安排时间在酒店，可以多享受享受！

服务非常好，了解到我们带小朋友入住，会主动提供儿童拖鞋/儿童浴衣/儿童牙膏牙刷杯子浴液等用具，并且酒店有安排各种活动，非常适合带小朋友和老人住店度假。
