This hotel is an excellent hotel for hot spring. They were offering so many hot spring types. The room was big clean and modern. We had a room with a nice view at the sea. The food selection is excellent. From the hotel you can get to the street markets very easily.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge and very well appointed. In the room is a Japanese robe for each guest which is worn around the hotel, spa area and even to dinner! br/The guests floor with all the hot springs pools is great. There is a selection of hot springs with different temperatures, massage jets and even a cumquat bouquet hot spring. br/The highlight is the fish foot spa in which fish exfoliate your feet by nibbling on them. Wow!

Good value for a family trip as you can just stay in the hotel and enjoy the facilities and activities. Plenty to do all day long. Room is well designed with free mini bar and in room spa. Food is good lots of selections. Service is also very well very helpful and always with smiles. Good record I received a birthday cake as it is my second visit and my birthday month. br/Generally speaking the hotel is very suitable for those family with little ones (under 10). The only minor thing is the floor of the indoor spa is slippery as other people mentioned. Needs to be careful when walking on it.

I stayed here for a night on route from airport to tarako gorge including a tour of the northern and eastern coast. It is well positioned for the night break.br/Room is good size, clean and with good amenities. I like the onsen bath in the room. The sceptic in me questions the authencity of the spring water. But the whole town is littered with hotels with hot spring. br/Dinner is included and is buffet with a good variety of food. I only like the Japanese selections. Breakfast has good variety but it does not have the usual egg station. Again I stick to the Japanese selection. (I am not Japanese ). Tea selection is not good. br/Service is okay but nothing special. br/Yes it is a nice place to stop and rest for the night before heading off for more touring.

Was there with my hub and son upon arrival we are eager to check on the room. Were surprised that it was spacious clean and beautiful. It comes with a big sunken bath and the amenities provided were very thoughtful as compared to other resorts. br/br/There was clowns and acrobats performances and after the show we proceeded to the cafe for supper.br/br/The hotel staffs were friendly and efficient. As we were in group tour the check-in / out were fast.br/br/Thou we only stayed for a night but it was a memorable one would love to return to stay more nights even thou the location is a bit isolated.

飞了很长时间,又做了一个半小时的车后我到达了酒店,我被告知说我预订的“豪华客房”换成了上等客房。经理Candy Huang很随和,热心地给我升级了房间,所以我们五个人可以在这个假期住得更开心。br/br/不得不说,考虑到这是个崭新的酒店,这里物超所值,设施都非常干净。食物种类丰富,在平均水平之上。不过我老公是食品批发商,他吃过很多好吃的东西,比起大多数本地酒店,他觉得这里很好。br/br/我孩子喜欢游泳池,尤其是“鱼温泉”,有很多小鱼在你脚边游来游去(按摩)。我小儿子用手捧起小鱼,跟它们玩耍。我们还住了台北和香港的酒店,不过我老公觉得这个度假村是他整个旅途中最放松的住处。br/br/我一定要感谢Candy Huang,谢谢你这么随和,这么照顾我们。大多数员工的英语都说得不太好,这算是个缺点。不过在日本也是这样,我想当地的文化就是这样的吧。br/br/我会推荐大家用酒店的洗衣机,因为我觉得对于家庭旅游来说这是“必备”的。最近的投币洗衣店要走20分钟,而且酒店的“单件洗衣服务”非常贵,每次大概要100美金。如果我老公跟我一样不会讲普通话的话,那我们也找不到投币洗衣机。而且度假的时候带着脏衣服去下一个目的地也不太好。br/br/最后,我非常感激黄女士周到的服务。做得好!

这个酒店非常棒。工作人员都非常热心、礼貌房间也非常宽敞有很多舒适的设备自助式的餐厅共分五个时段有西餐、中餐、日本料理可供选择(早餐、中餐、下午茶、晚餐以及宵夜)。br/我非常欣赏所有的这些细节:到处都是新鲜的兰花走廊里弥漫着让人心仪的日本扁柏的香味壁橱和衣柜的门都很容易轻易地关上没有巨大的响声房间里有日式睡袍和拖鞋有一个非常宽敞的衣帽间、淋浴室泳池或水疗室里还有私人的毛发修理区域。br/水疗区域简直让人难以置信而现在我真希望我能够留下些照片。还有很多不同大小的意式浴缸(可供6-8人使用)有很多不同的按摩香料(中草药、鲜花、金桔)此外泳池里还有各种各样的水压按摩设备(淋浴、超氧水、泡泡浴、高压水流)还有一条有很多温泉的蜿蜒“小河”甚至还有一个有小鱼的池子它们会来吃你脚上的死皮。br/我和朋友骑着酒店提供的自行车到处观光了一番还到了附近的一个寺庙和五峰旗风景区。br/如果你打算好好放松一下我强烈推荐宜兰礁溪长荣凤凰酒店。

这家酒店开业的时间并不长,所以一切都是崭新的,房间特别干净,内部装饰是时尚的日式风格。网速很快,酒店还特意为我6岁的儿子准备了日式和服,拖鞋和牙刷,这让他特别高兴。他还很喜欢浴缸旁的电视和马桶座圈(有一种全新的“触感”和可以加温的坐垫)!我们特别喜欢娱乐室里提供的温泉泡澡和wii游戏。br/酒店的位置很棒,我们还可以在周围骑自行车(也是酒店提供的)。食物特别好吃,不仅有各国风味的食品,还有当地的特色小食。
