如果不是因为要等北京寄来的快递，不然早就换宾馆了！明明已经确认我继续延房2天，就该把后两天的房卡都刷足了，偏偏只刷了1天，结果害得我提着很重的包不得不跑上跑下的跑冤枉路！最奇怪的是，前一天的前台服务员都确认过了延房，也补刷了房卡，但到了第二天上班的服务员连续打电话给我说查不到续订记录，反过来要客人自己去艺龙网核实入住信息。真不知道在搞些什么事情！4星级酒店，居然没有商务中心！4星级酒店，房间里没有小酒吧，除了送2只桔子和矿水，没有速溶咖啡，也没有茶叶！特地买了盐池滩羊肉和手抓肉，房间里却没冰箱存放！再去问前台，回复是抱歉，没有冰箱的！

号称四星级酒店，4部电梯只能上3部，另1部是物业员工专用的。早上8点20分去吃自助早餐，已经没什么吃的东西了，都是些剩下的，食物也是冷的。最不可思议的是，朋友病了躺在床上，让带点简单的食物上去，怎么交涉也不同意，只好白白浪费早餐券！结果乘电梯回房间时，居然看到他们自己的服务员倒拿着满满食物的托盘回到同一个楼层。服务意识实在太差了！
