这酒店服务比较差，这房间我是给领导参加会议预定的。因领导有事需提前到银川，8日晚上要入住，当时艺龙网订房已满。我直接打电话到酒店前台咨询是否8日能安排入住，前台答复可安排8日入住，之后7日和8日我还共打了3次电话到酒店咨询是否给我领导预留了房间，前台都答复已预留好过去报名字即可入住。8日下午5点半左右我领导过去办理入住手续时却被告知说9日才能入住。这酒店一点信誉都没有，太差了

房间还算干净吧，管理非常差。跟招待所管理差不多。一楼退房不能开餐票，要去餐厅开……明明有预授权还说额度不够不能挂账，各种不专业吧
