酒店八小时不能处理停电问题，周围灯火通明；十楼爬了三次，最终换酒店第二天来退房，发票打印机又有问题，只能说是个神奇的酒店

酒店硬件还行，就是前台太不靠谱，入住时房卡做错了，退房时发票打不到一块去。需要加强培训啊
