房子还可以，算是对的起价格吧，不过前台确实让我不太满意。我都住了，后来下楼帮我朋友再开一间的时候，和我说让我给我已经入住的房子补钱，理由是给我开错房间了，这个是更高一级别的。我说这不是我的问题，我在艺龙强清清楚楚的下的订单，那边又说我应该看到这不适我定的那款，我说你给我安排什么房型我作为一个第一次入住的客人并不知道什么样。对方非常不满意，磨磨唧唧了半天，最后同意我不用补钱了，但是要求我换房，给我换了一个最犄角旮旯的房子……多的我真的不想说了，总之就酒店来说，还是可以的，希望以后对服务员的培训加强
