硬件设施齐全，地理位置优越，但前台服务小哥很差劲（主要是业务不熟，而且人办事很毛躁）。办理入住手续后，房间打不开，一问客房人员，客房服务竟然说前台办理业务的人员竟然没有给我们办理入住手续，我就纳闷了给了我房卡，不给我办入住手续，是为何？这样也就算了，更可气的是，第二天吃早餐竟然又说我们房间没给我们登记早餐业务，跑到前台一问，竟然说忘了。我是真醉了，看来有天时地利没人和还是不行，请酒店多加强业务学习，少点这样糊涂的、低素质的前台接待人员。

服务质量不高。前台开房耗时半小时，结果还不能入住。更糟糕的是半夜3次有人用钥匙或门卡开我房门。打电话到前台，前台却告诉我，系统中显示，我这间房竟然是空房。
卫生间脏乱差，客房照明灯光昏暗。极低性价比。
