和几年前住这个酒店完全不同了，设施老旧了到无所谓，服务无语了，还到处印着五个星，简直了。下午到酒店四点多，找个礼宾搬行李吧前台说下班了，只有自己装车搬了。晚上去餐厅吃饭吧，就我一桌，结果点菜不少，有个朋友不吃辣椒，特地点了几个服务员说的不辣或者没辣椒的菜，结果上来全有辣椒，还上错了一个菜，当时也没主意，结账时候非让我买单，上来就说这菜你们吃了，我也没说不买，就一个菜，首先不说自己服务的问题，很是过分，更过分的是说给打个折，去吃饭之前问了，住店客人就是85折，当客人都是白痴吗？这是我唯一一次在湖南吃饭看到账单米饭是按碗收费的，收费是可以的，服务呢？还有更过的，就是离店时候我落下东西在酒店了，打电话问前台，前台直接说打扫卫生的服务员没交前台什么东西，所以就没有，连问都不问，就直接说没有。收费是五星酒店的收费，基本快赶上国际一线的五星酒店了，但服务还不如快捷酒店。可能在岳阳能看到洞庭湖的酒店不多的原因吧，其实酒店总楼层不高，前面还有大树，也看不到什么太好湖景。酒店位置不重要，重要的是服务，这酒店会议，婚宴居多，可能也不差我们这样的散客。真实感受仅供参考。

离市区太远，边上是湖，空气清新，锻炼的人多，傍晚更是嘈杂。在此唱歌的也很多。房间安静，早餐丰富。
