好的方面：酒店外环境非常不错，临湖，风景好，适合家庭朋友休闲度假；不好的方面：酒店设施实在太老，冰箱不能制冷，电源插座经常跳闸；另外由于小长假客人多，房间来不及打扫，等了一个多小时还不能入住，且有一个工作人员态度不好，希望酒店方面改进服务态度

风景不错，而且四明湖刚下过雨有彩虹，真的很好看，早餐不错，有阳台，可以看到四明湖，而且还有员工孙娟娟和刘媛媛为我解答疑惑周到服务，令我非常满意，真的很不错，下次如果出来度假，这个酒店会是第一选择

国庆带着家人出来游玩，人还挺多的！但是服务都很热情！一进门看见了可爱的刘媛媛和邵兰向我招手！前台张恒静办理的入住！特别亲切。特别满意！湖景也特别美！天气特别好。周围的水杉林和白水冲瀑布可以玩水！酒店内的停车场很大
