四明湖开元山庄地理位置得天独厚。洒店环境非常优美，依山傍水天水一色，虽然是阴雨天但丝毫没有影响游玩的心情。洒店的服务也很好，早餐也非常丰富，特别是刘利娜和邱小叶的服务主动、热情，周到，让我们感受到宾至如归的温馨，下次一定会再来

先说优点：停车免费，环境很不错，早上自助餐也很赞，离店后又去了余姚郊区的冠佩村，古色古香的小山村。再说缺点：自驾车在各个楼宇间到处乱停，比较混乱。房间设施老了一点就算了，一楼阳台看不到湖也就算了，就是九月份整个月泳池没开放，浣水桥对面的玉兔岛也没有开放，这二个不满意，无法理解。

四明湖环境优美，风景更是一流，酒店整体来说还是挺不错的，大堂吧人员很是亲切，早餐品种多，厨师面貌精神都很不错，尤其早餐厅刘利娜和邱小叶两位女士帮我们介绍周边游玩的，服务很是周到

元旦假期期间来住的，人挺多的，周围景区四明山；带孩子来住比较惬意，酒店的房间挺大的，保持的还算可以，不算陈旧，酒店后面的风景很好，有点疗养院感觉

开元品牌也是值得信任的，出行一般都会选择，这次选择住四明湖果然没有失望，山庄非常大，风景更是一绝，入住时前台小赵帮忙办理的，给我们安排的房间也很满意，总之这个假期没有失望。
