秋高气爽，陪爸爸妈妈出去走走，酒店依着四明湖而建，环境优美，晚饭后在酒店散步，微风徐来，一轮明月，亲人相伴，心情舒畅，第二天一早虽然下雨，但雨中的四明湖美得旖旎，雨后的四明湖美得清澈，雨过天晴，驱车五十分钟左右去浙东小九寨，走走看看，小山小水，一点不累，相比丹山赤水，更喜欢浙东小九寨，总之这是个完美假期，老人也很满意。

晚上9，30分没有空调床上睡觉上有棉被下有棉毯，热死人。向总台反映讲，运把电扇。真是太过份了，上千元房间这种服务？中餐厅服务极差，员工玩手机，上的菜又冷的，餐厅的碗碟筷子一下上来三份后就走了。让我们自己份。无语了。

位置得天独厚，设施太破旧，凌晨到酒店自己补差价入住的行政房。行政房没有下午茶，12点退房，没有任何行政房特点。干脆叫至尊湖景房好了！房间小

四明湖周边环境很好，酒店设施还行，地毯、沙发到处是污垢，房间大厅等卫生管理工作很差，不像是开元在管理。
