首先进去大堂空调不行，坐在里面还在出汗。再有我们9点半到的，等了一个半小时，说还在打扫，需要在等40分钟，那我们就出去吃饭了，等到12点半去开房的时候居然还说要等，心情顿时不好。再说说周边环境，这个很好，房间很大，因为全家出游，老人们订的是大床和双床房，年纪轻的订的是家庭房，没想到大床房和家庭房是分开两幢楼的，我妈妈的房间还很难找，像迷宫一样，家庭房居然是三个小床，郁闷死了，就像我老公说的这房间是给闺蜜们住的，家庭房应该有小朋友的洗漱用具，然而，全部是大人的，房间都很大，就是设施旧了点，送了一个周边三选一的景点，天气太热的关系，门口晃了一圈就走了，总体来说都一般般，达不到理想中的五星
