开元的酒店第一次让我如此失望，入住酒店先让我付费升级房间，结果却升级成不在主楼，房间却小一倍的所谓湖景房.当天酒店入住率是很低的，就算免费升级房间也不是过分的事，我换回了原来订的房间，结果入住半小时，房间温度居然没提高一度，打电话咨询，说是整幢楼空调没开，你没开中央空调的房间怎么可以给客人入住！没有准备好的产品怎么可以卖给客人！过了2个半小时，房间温度还是没有升高，电话投诉，接线人员居然没等说完直接挂电话！闻所未闻，五星级酒店怎么是这样的服务！后来给我换房间，那个房间空调马上就热了，证明之前的房间是有问题的！我想不明白，作为开元旗下的五星级酒店在入住率这么低的情况下给客人换个房间有这么难吗？挂客人电话后给客人道个歉有这么难吗？这种服务水平对得起酒店的硬件环境，对得起开元这个品牌吗？说实话入住酒店我是懒得评价的，这次忍无可忍！

酒店环境真心没得说～赞～只是游泳池的加热装置坏了，导致水温太冷～都没有办法下水游泳～
