总体来说还行吧，入住时出了点小问题，后来协调了一下还是入住了，还是事先沟通有问题吧，让消费者的服务体验一下子就下降很多

这个酒店还是很好的，位于市中心，交通方便，门前的大道两侧全是政府部门，非常安全，夜景也很好。

入住体验太差！地毯脏。墙纸发霉，更可恶的是我预订了一天的房间，但是办理入住明确告知要多住几天，预授权3000元的前提下，第二天中午酒店把所有网络渠道都关闭，然后被前台大堂经理告知不能续住，理由是房间被其他人预定掉了，除非加价在前台预定住更贵的房间。要不就退房走人。好客山东四星级酒店这样的服务我也只能摇头了，难怪只有4.2的评分，如家的态度都这酒店好。
