首先这个大堂服务员，有种凶神恶煞的感觉，其实，前面给我1621房间，第一凉水器一放热水就裂了！第二，房间热风中央空调开了1个小时还没动静！第三灯带关不了，酒店的服务员叫过来说处理不了（等了15分钟来的服务员），后来叫了工程师来了说要扒开控制器(中间我打过4个电话，吧台应该有记录）我要求换房间，在1610后感觉房间完全不同，床大了很多，空调太热了，还有沙发。。完事我媳妇和孩子就睡了，而我一夜没睡，换好房间到1610快2点了。

住了两晚，这酒店太差了，空气也差，都是灰蒙蒙的，房间还没热水，还不派人来修，房间点餐也不给开发票
