我不得不说这是最恶心的酒店体验！前台服务已经差的不能再差了，入住将近半个小时，前台说别用网络订房，网络房小位置不好，然后等经理电话，我无语了，我不让他们打电话给经理他们就聊天，当时入住前台说可以开发票，第二天说携程开发票，我不知道你们携程是怎么跟这样耍客人酒店合作的？还是建议大家以后在携程定房注意了！

这是我住过最烂最烂的四星酒店，没有之一，枣庄市政府再查一次，就这破酒店还**四星。前台态度差，硬件设施巨烂，取电取15分钟，空调开三个小时20度，房务还有比脸说时间不够，难道**离店你才暖和，什么破*电视。还有前台，每一班政策不一样，有的能挂账有的不能挂账，有的能开发票有的不能开发票，**，你说了算了！！！炸了这破酒店才能平息**的不爽！
