  Our visit to this hotel was excellent through and through. They picked us up from the train station and drove us to the hotel for an early check in which was a nice surprise. They also helped book our tickets to the forest park and drove there and back (we just had to message on WeChat once we were ready to come back to the home) which was super convenient. Additionally, when we had an early morning train and couldn’t get a Didi to the train station, the woman (who had packed us some things to take for breakfast) woke up the boss who called us a taxi so we would make our train. Our room was clean, very spacious, and well appointed. Housekeeping came through to make the bed etc. each day. If we had any complaint about the room it would be that the tile floors would get cold (our visit was in January), but the provided slippers solved this issue. The included breakfast of pork noodles and steamed vegetables (and some other stuff) was delicious and filling. We also enjoyed dinner in the hotel after exploring the park all day and all the items we ordered were very delicious and reasonably priced. On my next visit to Zhangjiajie I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  What a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of Zhangjiajie. We loved this hotel which is slightly out of town and so quiet and serene. The rooms are tastefully decorated, as are the common areas. Staff are really helpful and the owner, Mr Wu, helped us sort out tickets and suggested itineraries. Breakfast was hearty and differed from day to day. We also ate dinner in the hotel as after a day walking in the mountains couldn't be bothered to look elsewhere. The food was really good. Being out of town ended up being a blessing, not a hindrance, as Mr Wu dropped us off and picked us up from nearby park gates every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want some peace and quiet and a place to listen to the birds singing.

  环境：150分，超级完美的民宿。环境特别漂亮很舒服，真正意义的山景房，很漂亮。沿路都有很多野花，很香很好看，如果是夏天来真的不要太完美了。整个酒店的设计感很好，每个房间都不一样的风格，但是都很温馨。 衞生：很乾净，也有一次性浴巾和毛巾，这是外面很多五星级都没法比的。毛巾也很新很柔软，房间配套都很智能，我觉得自驾游的朋友们可以不要错过了。 服务：管家有给我们提供路线指引给我们讲解，给我们拿行李。也有给我们升级房型，早餐也是很好吃，小朋友特别喜欢。 我有个建议，你们的矿泉水别用怡宝了吧，跟你们民宿的层次都不一样显得很掉价。如果是酒店的山泉水可以直接过滤饮用可以提示一下，而且我觉得这个饮用水最低都配备4瓶吧，2瓶水3个人。早晚喝水都有的需求。

  Fu Xi 21 is a great choice for all travellers. The locations is excellent, very close to the south and middle gates. The accomodation is beautiful and really lively decorated and the owner and the team are super friendly and helpful. We are a couple of times at the hotel in the evening and dinner was delicious, especially the noodles.

  This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The view is truly breathtaking Overall, this hotel doesn’t just offer a beautiful place to stay—it also provides genuine care and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting it
