  It’s a beautiful and peaceful place, located near the west gate of the park. The staff is very welcoming but could improve, we had some troubles during our stay and they were not always supportive. The tea experience with the tea master is well worth the time. The food offer could be better if you’re looking for a “local experience“, for both breakfast and dinner, as dishes have been “mitigated” for international travellers.

  We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, and they assisted us promptly with everything we needed. They helped us understand the different routes and plan our trip in the best way possible. A very special thank you to Frankie, who took the time to explain the National Park map to us, it made a huge difference and truly made our visit smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. We are very grateful for everything. Our stay was excellent, and the dinner at the hotel was also fantastic, with amazing options. Highly recommended!

  We had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and so helpful. They helped us plan and navigate our zhangjiajie route. They gave us step by step instructions for every location on the map. They were incredibly fast when communicating and answering our requests. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous views. I can just sit for hours and watch the sunset through the mountains surrounding this place. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had dinner here every night as well. The rooms were spacious.
