If I could score this hotel 20 out of 5 I would. After looking at countless accommodation options around the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and its various entrance points, and reading through so many reviews, I chose this hotel and I’m so glad I did as it deserves endless compliments that I don’t know where to begin.
Location - it is situated in a charming rural village very close to the Central Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which, after hours of researching, is the best entrance point in my view as there are no queues/crowds, and it is closest to the Bailong elevator whereupon there’s a direct shuttle bus within the park that takes you from the Central Gate directly to the Bailong elevator. The best part is, the hotel provides free pick up and drop off between the hotel and the Central Gate, which is a fantastic service especially if it’s dark by the time you finish exploring the park.
Room - the room was spacious, clean and has the most stunning views of the karst mountains! The room has a smart system which is voice-controlled and a smart toilet, and has very thoughtful touches such as an overhead warmer/ventilation system in the shower area. The airconditioning/heater in each room is individually controlled and not part of a central system. It was great walking around the premises and breathing in fresh air, with their little onsite dog Xiao Bu Dian as a great companion.
Food - whilst there aren’t many food options around given its rural location, those aren’t needed as the hotel has an onsite restaurant and the chef cooks such delicious homecooked/authentic meals, and they even use fresh vegetables grown on their premises! The free breakfast provided is also yummy!
Service - last but not least, the service that all staff members at the hotel provide is excellent! Because I stayed 3 nights, they provided free pick up and drop off between the hotel and the airport/train station, and patiently waited at the train station for me upon my arrival. There are so many itineraries floating around on how to explore the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park that it’s rather overwhelming, but the staff help with planning the route to take and also with purchasing discounted tickets. The manager David also kindly offered his personal details (prior to me checking in) so that I could place my taobao orders for delivery at the hotel (most other hotels in China do not offer that service and require you to use your own details instead, which can sometimes cause issues with deliveries if parcels arrive before checking in). Unbeknownst to me when I placed my taobao orders, courier drivers do not deliver to the hotel due to its rural location, and instead drop parcels off at various collection points (some rather far from the hotel). David and his team patiently collected each one of them for me from various collection points. I even got a free room upgrade. The service of David and his team is simply unrivalled, and I’m truly grateful to them for making my stay so memorable.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel! You will not regret choosing to stay at this hotel!

Great location and very caring staff!
We had a room upgrade for free, arranged massages, guided tours, and were taken to watch the sunrise
The room is clean and large. Equipped with a smart home system
I highly recommend you to visit!

Schon die Ankunft begann perfekt: Ich wurde herzlich direkt am Flughafen abgeholt und mir wurde trotz der sehr sp?ten Uhrzeit noch Abendessen zubereitet. Das gesamte Personal gibt sich unfassbar viel Mühe, damit man sich wirklich wohlfühlt. Auf kleine Unzufriedenheiten oder Fragen wird sofort eingegangen, Hilfe ist jederzeit verfügbar.
Besonders hervorheben m?chte ich die extra eingerichtete WeChat-Gruppe: Man bekommt innerhalb von Sekunden oder wenigen Minuten eine Antwort egal ob es um Ticketk?ufe, Recherchen oder allgemeine Fragen geht. W?hrend meines Aufenthalts über Silvester hatte ich wetterbedingt etwas Pech, da einige Routen gesperrt waren. Auch hier wurde sofort für mich recherchiert, was das genau bedeutet und welche Alternativen es gibt. Dieser Service ist wirklich toll ??.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und angenehm ausgewogen. Da ich über Silvester dort war, gab es zus?tzlich sehr sch?ne Momente: Der Hotelmanager lud mich abends zu einem Barbecue ein, und ich durfte bei einer Karaoke-Nacht zuschauen. Diese Herzlichkeit bleibt wirklich in Erinnerung ??
Die Umgebung ist zudem unfassbar sch?n. Gerade bei den Avatarbergen wei? man ja nie, wie das Wetter mitspielt, umso idealer ist es, ein Hotel direkt in der N?he des Parks zu haben. Da die Tickets meist mehrere Tage gültig sind, kann man bei schlechtem Wetter einfach an einem anderen Tag wiederkommen.
Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls wundersch?n und extrem sauber. Zudem gabs lecke Snacks auf dem Zimmer.
Alles in allem ein gro?artiger Aufenthalt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur w?rmstens empfehlen ??

The best place you can book????
I have been struggling with planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, there’s a lot of information online and so overwhelming.
When I found this hotel, I checked the reviews and I immediately booked and it was the best decision!
I arrived with my girlfriend and my parents, I booked 2 standard rooms, that looked great, but then we got upgraded for free, and the room was insane, everything voice controlled, a projector with movies, the bathtub with a view on the mountains, just wow.
We were picked up from the airport and brought to the train station, everything went smooth!
Once we arrived the team planned the itinerary for us, it took so much stress away from my shoulders. They booked the tickets, every day set us the exact route, booked a show for us that was mind blowing.
Special thanks to David! He was so attentive and gave a 12/10 service. My mom got sick and he took us to the hospital, translated everything and took a great care of us, we felt like we were in really good hands.
All the staff have pocket translators, so there was no language barrier, this is such a hidden gem, we spent 4 nights and it was the highlight of our trip.
No brainer, 100% recommend!

张家界之行选对酒店太值了！房间收拾得超乾净，床品柔软无异味，角落也没灰尘，住着特别舒心。最惊喜的是窗外景色，推窗就是连绵青山，绿意扑面而来，傍晚的落日晚霞更是绝绝子，橙红余晖洒在山间，浪漫到让人舍不得移开视线。
免费接机服务，对第一次来张家界的游客太友好了！出机场就看到工作人员等候，全程不用费心找路，直接送抵酒店，省心又暖心。酒店位置也很便利，後续出行谘询工作人员都耐心解答，体验感拉满。不管是衞生、景色还是服务都没话説。棒棒哒。
