  环境很不错，前台的小姐姐服务非常好。因为第1次来张家界，不太熟悉，询问的前台小姐姐，小姐姐很有耐心给我解答，帮了我很多。早餐的种类也非常的丰富，味道也很不错，给我下米粉的叔叔分量也非常足。张家界真的是个不错的地方，这里的风土人情真的很好。演出也很好看，山也特别的秀气。

  酒店交通方便，酒店看起来很新，走进大TT，首先给我旳感觉，大气、气派，前台的美女对我很热情，走到房间时，迎两走来的阿姨向我问好，并提醒我八楼有洗衣房，可以冤费洗衣服，房间里的设施设备都很新，房间的所有设备只要叫天猫精灵就帮你完成指令J了，洗漱台上配备了洗手液，卫生间洗发水、沐浴露都备的有，房间很大，灯光打开后很温馨，我很满意！

  性价比很高的四星级酒店，在同级别的酒店价格中真的十分物美价廉，爱了爱了。总台小姐姐微笑服务，感觉十分亲切，入住时还递上好喝的冰冰的柠檬茶。房间舒适卫生，客房服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助。窗外风景好，可以欣赏到天门山的美景，还有周边的一家铁板烧特别好吃，还要特别安利这个酒店的洗衣房和健身房。下次还会选择这里👍👍

  酒店很棒，现代风格，是我喜欢的，前台服务很热情，停车很方便，还有健身房和洗衣房都是免费的哦！房间是语音智能的，呼叫天猫精灵，可以开关灯，窗帘，空调，电视，还可以放音乐，总之是懒人福音哦！离高铁站10分钟车程，离天门山索道5分钟车程，周边也有很多吃的，很方便，下次还会选择入住这家酒店。

  从凤凰回来计划当玩飞机回家的， 可惜天降雷雨航班取消 临时决定住在机场附近，改成第二天的航班 这个酒店虽然距离景区有距离，但是对于等飞机的人来说，是极好的 还有洗衣机可以用 早餐厅一般般，服务员有点没礼貌， 爸爸多拿两个包子放盘子里，被训斥了 但是我爸爸的饭量确实都吃光了啊 前台服务员办理入住是很好的 退房时候有点让人不开心 提前一小时给前台开票信息，并告知分开两张开。 结果收拾好东西下楼来，告诉我们没开 理由是，搞不清楚要怎么开，客人本人还不在，就没开 简直莫名其妙了，然后等她们开票，在急急火火去机场 把家里老人累坏了
