老板非常热情，每一位入住的客人都可以在楼下品茶，然后还会免费给每一位入住的客人介绍旅游攻略，简直是我这种出门旅行不爱攻略懒癌患者的救星呀！谢谢老板哟~ 地理位置真的非常好，在市中心，距离天门山索道几百米就到了，步行七八分钟就能到张家界汽车站火车站。机场过去也就开车十几分钟。

房间很有特色，老板服务很热情，大厅给我们泡茶喝。房间设施很完善，房间卫生我要重点表扬一下。我是一个有洁癖的人，每次入住酒店都感觉卫生做的不是特别好，这次入住梦回湘西真的很满意，卫生做的很干净，尤其是细节卫生，老板告诉我每次做完卫生她们都会自己再仔细检查一遍，很喜欢这样认真做事的老板，祝老板生意兴隆。

老板服务特别周到，刚预订房间就用短信联系了我们。晚上十一点还专程跑到火车站接我们，实在是太感动了。客栈价格很便宜，房间也很温馨，性价比非常高，距离景点很近，开始还担心疫情期间吃饭很麻烦，但是客栈周边餐馆超市都有。老板还给我们详细介绍了张家界旅游路线。真的很贴心，会推荐给朋友。附风景图～～
