有接送服务，晚上1O点到张家界西站，酒店专车早已在等候。酒店位置一般，在市区，去天门山几分钟车程。早餐很好，有现煮的面，楼下有餐厅。订了4人房，一张1.8米和两张1.3米床，非常适合一家两大两小。有洗衣机，感觉比住五星级还舒服，工作人员态度很好。有幸在天门山看到雾淞。

酒店位置在新建的西街，比较安静。设施非常好，很有设计感。经理给升级了家庭房，进门一下子惊艳了。楼下和对面半山上有当地特色餐厅，步行可达。早餐比较简单。总体上，给了我们很好的入住体验。

酒店的免费接待服务很贴心，戴眼镜的小哥哥很好呦，硬件设施也不错，楼下还有饭店足浴美发，孩子游乐区，还有免费的茶室提供享用，最人性化的是还配有洗衣机，出门旅游就是洗衣让我头疼的事，酒店的美女管家很热情的，帮我解决了出游门票等问题，还有就是笑容甜蜜的销售接待小美女，你们的热情让我有种回到家的感觉，谢谢你们

本来预定阳光套房，却没有带阳台的房型，结果立马给我换了至尊麻将套房，带有小阳台的房间，感觉非常不错！服务态度很好，装修风格现代简约大气上档次，虽然只睡了一晚上，但是附近的环境很安静，一觉睡到自然醒，非常满意的酒店！有机会一定会再去的！
