此次出行体验最差的五星酒店了。连住三晚，有些后悔。冬天最好别住，人多的时候也最好别住。
初二到达的酒店，说好的暖房呢，进屋冷得够呛，还有两个房间，空调有问题，换房才解决。插电卡协调半天才给送到。结果第二天去张家界，明明已经开启了，免打扰。结果还是进屋，我们五间房除了有一件有老人在之外，其他全部把电卡拿走，导致晚上回来，房间冰凉。事后处理态度还好，只是对于顾客的用心程度差距太远了，完全不是五星应有的水准
洗澡，每天要放出大量的黄水才勉强用，打电话说是前段管道维修，住的是五星吗？

酒店的位置和环境的确不错，只是配套服务不行，有室内泳池，但是不提供使用，早餐比较差，酒店的晚餐性价比较低
