帮快八十岁的父母订的酒店，从张家界市做的旅游专线车晚上七点才到的碧桂园大门口，带着行李黑灯瞎火要走快两公里才能到酒店，打总台电话根本没人接听，前一天晚上也打过没人接听，白天是有人接听的，说明电话号码没错，真是坑爹

应该是张家界五星级酒店了，大堂屋顶巴洛克风格，很是不错。硬件设施也还可以，但门童的服务意识却远远没有五星级的样子，感觉这种四线小城市服务意识及标准化管理还有待加强。酒店早餐种类极少，口味也难吃，周边农家乐也没有，正好赶上旁边修高铁，交通很是不便，环境也不好，到处尘土飞扬，车子三天内进出几次就一层白灰覆盖，惨不忍睹，酒店周边至少5年内都会这样。要去的朋友们，多加考虑一下!
