武陵源是个美丽的山中小镇，酒店离汽车站特别近，初到武陵源带着行李能很快找到酒店并入住，且安放行李，酒店交通非常方便，门口有公交车直接去森林公园或者黄龙洞，汽车站也有车去张家界市区，张家界大峡谷玻璃桥，宝峰湖，乃至湖南各地，酒店附赠的晚餐早餐也非常可口，酒店内也设有儿童乐园，浴室这边有提供给儿童娱乐玩耍的滑滑梯，对于携带儿童来说，多了一个可取之处，早上客房部人员也积极细致滴清理打扫房间，卫生状况还是挺让人放心，前台服务也十分耐心细致，多次询问一些旅游相关信息也耐心解答，并提供有武陵源附近的广告地图宣传，由于酒店吃喝住的一条龙，以及交通的极其便捷，湘府对于初来乍到的游客来说，的确是一个不错的选择

酒店非常好。从外表看其貌不扬。但是内部房间却干净整洁！酒店有餐饮。台球，乒乓球，汗蒸，温泉，足疗，按摩等娱乐。服务也很及时。
