很不错，本来只订了一天，酒店环境和服务都很好！而且赠送自助餐和娱乐室。第一天来这边都是在外边吃的早点，和晚饭，早点人均十五，晚饭人均六七十，都没有酒店自助餐好吃。下次来还住这里！

环境：土家特色，舒适，干净，才装修不久，高档型，入住免费泡温泉池子，蒸桑拿。二楼还有免费电影，儿童游乐场，健身设施，桌球台，户外还有亭子。这个酒店足浴按摩服务是特色。
饮食：入住酒店提供自助餐，晚餐和早餐，还有夜宵，菜的口味不错，样式也还算多。
服务：帮忙推迟了入住时间，不错，员工也是微笑服务。由于不清楚艺龙是找的代理定的，好几个员工说话带有埋怨的意思，酒店可以和艺龙商定，客户怎么知道里面的规则。
艺龙的处理也还算不错，开始说不能换时间，后面还是努力协调好了。要为客服点赞。

根据网友点评选择了改酒店，确实不错。酒店离汽车站约100米，离武陵源标志门也不过1公里，出行非常方便。住宿可免费泡温泉，温泉有3D电影、免费自助餐，当然还有付费项目如足疗SPA等，房间很好，各种设备都是新的，真正物超所值，推荐入住。
