张家口最好同时也是最贵的酒店，硬件五星，停车除外；服务是机器人，还有提高空间，几个服务电话都无人接听，后来一个一个回；洁净程度高，床品舒适有品质；早餐达不到五星。整体评价只能是亮点，细节待提高。

当天正直大雨，周围的主路排水很差，几个井盖都在冒水，很不好走。房间里没有护发素也不是美妆一线品牌，隔音效果很差，前台办理入住不专业，按照四星标准来看就好。
