为了慕名已久的草原天路，选择住在了张家口市区。位置很好找，交通便捷。价格也便宜，性价比蛮好的。
硬件方面，大堂和房间内饰符合洲际的水准，除了楼道、外面都很不隔音，早上是被马路对面动词打次的声音吵醒的。
服务还有很大的提升空间：1）前台服务全程无笑容，办理完入住不指引电梯位置；2）中餐厅的服务员挨个跟前来就餐的客人说人很多要等很久，赶走了好几桌客人，且服务很不耐烦；3）停车场和银座广场共通，停车很不方便；4）洗手间墙面和地面都不太干净。
