IHG 集团酒店，好像是张家口最好的酒店了，性价比还不错，商务出差什么的很好，但是如果去周边旅游，比如张北/崇礼还是蛮远的。

前台徐秀秀服务很好，面带微笑，真诚为客服务。似乎管理层的架子比较大一点。客房卫生很糟糕，下午说给擦鞋，服务员说，要等他吃完饭，晚上又说擦不了，送一个梳子打了4次电话，等了近1个小时。浴缸内，床上，卫生间、等处有毛发，来店和离店时无礼宾员给提供行李服务。总之客房服务，尤其是卫生要重视。酒店环境不错，还需要细抓品质。毕竟顶着洲际的“帽子”
