号称挂牌五星，根本就没有五星的服务，开完房了告诉你房间在哪就没人管了行李要自己用行李车推到房间，浴巾不打电话不给，还问我怎么只有一条浴巾，看车的保安态度蛮横，杯子冲完咖啡，有时刷干净有时就留给客人自己刷，唯一好处就是中午茶五折！住了八天床上用品一次没给换过！
