经常回来湛江住旅店，这次来住这里是最不开心的旅程，开了五六个小时的车，一家人都累晕晕的，酒店的热水居然是高温的，怎样调都不行，老公在冲凉房烫得呱呱叫，打了几次总台电话，都慢吞吞的不过来解决，十二点多了，儿子又哭，烦，烦，这个假期因它而没心情了，早餐也只是配送一份，在其他酒店没试过的，有点坑爹意思.

比较老牌的星级酒店了！！位置是可以的，但是设备太旧了！！而且走廊异味比较重，电梯小烟味又特别重！！床太硬了！！隔音有待改善！还是感谢前台工作人员因为没有及时清理出房间给我升级了房间

房卡时间做到12点，也没有提前告知，多跑一趟，前台电话超过三声仍未接。退房时间太长超过15分钟，给了押金单竟然放桌底，等了半天发怒了才找到退房。前台业务很糟糕，退房程序模糊不清，退押金时现金竟然不过验钞机就给客人。再说说金逸轩夜茶，服务态度比大排档还差，明码6.8折，最后告诉我90%都没有折扣，没有显示哪个有折扣，随便减10%。点菜更奇怪了，粥按人头算，给了我88元粥，什么都没有，和外面10块钱一样，没有菜单，没有价格，结账时想打死***。整体评价，垃圾。
