环境与服务都不错。如果能把一些小细节做到位就更好。例如酒店提供的一次性牙刷的刷毛太硬，能否更换柔软的？若客人入住多晚，牙膏的份量不够，但如果问客房拿的话又造成浪费。建议酒店还是把已消毒的拖鞋放在客房，每次都穿一次性拖鞋好不环保。可以借鉴悦榕庄的环保理念。

本来8日入住，因琼州海峡突刮大风停航，想通过艺龙修改至10日入住，被酒店告知已付款不能修改！服你们了，以后不会再住这个酒店了，太会做生意！想想前阵子海口大雾停航，不知道这酒店和艺龙收了多少这种黑心钱！佩服你们的服务！
