本来8日入住，因琼州海峡突刮大风停航，想通过艺龙修改至10日入住，被酒店告知已付款不能修改！服你们了，以后不会再住这个酒店了，太会做生意！想想前阵子海口大雾停航，不知道这酒店和艺龙收了多少这种黑心钱！佩服你们的服务！

带着家人过来住了三晚，有几件事不得不说一下，不管是服务还是吃的五星的价钱三星服务。一是有次车进车库，自动门杆坏了，等了十几分钟都没见酒店的人出来处理，搞得车主们都要倒车出去；一是住了三天，一起酒店的基本消耗品竟没添补；再来就是网上订好的价钱，结帐时前台竟说还要计算税费和服务费；
