酒店环境还行，但服务是所住过酒店最差的，上午8点半左右厕所堵了，脏水不停的涌出来，打电话去客房服务中心，15分钟后还没人来，水溢满了洗手间，往房间流，再打电话给前台，又过了十分钟，来人了，看了一下，又走了，五分钟后回来，这时候房间已经溢了一大半，一会，她把厕所的水堵住了，但溢出来的下不去，好，就这样，她居然要走了，说这不是她的活，她不干，我又打去前台，说，你再不叫人来处理，我只能把被子铺地上了，十分钟后，有位大姐推了部吸水机来，好，两位大姐在那相互推脱，说这是你的活我的活！谁都不愿去干，我火了，把被子一扯，铺地上，抱起孩子，下楼了！这时是9点45。我想说的是，雷州人的脸都让你们丢光了！还有，他们的温泉，只能用三个字形容:脏！乱！差！地很滑，还配人字拖！很容易摔跤！我只能说，这是最差的体验！

平时从来不写点评，这家实在差到忍不住上来说几句避免其他人再受害。首先设施达不到五星，也就三星的水平，服务也就一星，真不知道之前打好评的是不是托。然后包括服务员，住店旅行团等素质普遍不高，造成吃自助餐饭各种浪费，娱乐设施各种人多拥挤，然后酒店各种设施和配套不方便，强烈不建议来
