酒店挺好的，住的挺舒服，就是隔音不好，旁边的房一整晚都在吵，加上前台的服务态度太差了，问他什么都解释不够清楚敷衍客人害我跑来跑去的，其他的都很好

真的是很不错的一次温泉体验啊，酒店很豪华设施服务都很好，尤其是温泉特别多，估计超过三十个，大大小小种类的很多，水质也不错，房间很大还有独立的阳台，可以看到泳池和酒店旁边的湖，总之环境很好，值得来！

换房时，工作人员把房卡送到房间；行李小哥等服务都不错。除了早餐比较简单，其他都不错，是个挺温馨的度假酒店
