晚上房间里25-26度，然后不给开空调，理由是秋天了，酒店都不开空调

服务态度太差了，帮朋友订的，含双早，该死的第二天就是不让吃早餐，让朋友饿着肚子出去，即便携程介入，还拒不认错，说自己一点责任都没有！就是说第二天可以正常吃早餐，但自己没责任；滚蛋吧；早晚得倒闭！垃圾，不知道自己是服务行业吗？携程说酒店送果盘表示歉意 酒店服务员说送果盘就没有早餐了，再次声明是系统出错，酒店一点责任没有；系统是你家的吗？希望大家别住这个酒店，估计好评也是刷出来的！

酒店挺新的，还不错！唯一就是楼下的KTV太吵，那哥们晚上1点撕心裂肺的唱着把根留住，好像他的那根真的不见了
