真心性价比差，270的房价，最多170的感受。最紧要的是晚上11点半旁边广场还在鬼哭狼嚎的唱歌，早上4点半广场集市喇叭就炒炒闹闹。隔音做的也太差劲啦。

紧挨着周口运河，交通便利，楼下晚上都是夜市，非常热闹。套房面积比较宽敞，但卫生间推拉门普遍都有些老化，建议维修更换。底下停车场无人管理，脏乱臭
