第一次用艺龙订酒店,忘记点30返钱了，酒店大厅还可以，感觉太老旧了。房间够大，不够温馨。正月对得起这个价格

首先说一下卫生情况，很差，不理解那些说干净的，房间特别冷，空调根本不好使，其次说一下退房，前台跟我说退房可以但是给不了我押金，说要不就等工作人员来了再给我押金，这个前台的态度我都无语了，我已经跟他表明我是要赶路的，最后找的经理解决的，再说一下停车场，应该是车位满了，有个车没地方停，把我的车堵住了，又找的他们，耽误了时间，真心的是不美丽，说这么多就是给大家一个借鉴
