离入住酒店一星期后才发现遗漏了一件衣服在酒店里，打电话去前台，态度非常好，一刻都没等，马上发顺丰快递给我了，酒店离拱北口岸很近，交通便利，酒店外观设计很豪华大气上档次，服务态度非常好！感谢！

设施一般，酒店配套设施都不能用了，前台服务较差，定了房居然说没有，最后打电话给艺龙客服才搞定。位置较好，靠近关口，去澳门游玩可以定。

比较老旧的酒店，位置不错，但是房间里的设施比较老，房间也小，还有一股味道，但是在过年期间临时预定，性价比也算可以了。

真的是太差了，不论是房间设施还是服务，进入房间就是一股的味道，服务人员态度也是爱搭不理的，花699住一个晚上真是太不值了，不推荐！
