之前每次都挺好的，这次同程酒店和票的套餐太闹心了导致要重新订，电话打不通，连投诉电话都打不通，真无语，最麻烦的是定的大马戏有3张票，另四张没显示，同程网上又没票了，又投诉无门，直接在携程上买的，真是玩的闹心！

马戏酒店作为长隆第一站，孩子不慎在走廊丢失的ipad，在酒店工作人员的帮助下通过调取监控终于失而复得，虽然前后耽误了两个多小时的时间，但也总算让心情瞬间阴转晴了。在酒店拾得ipad的已退房离开的酒店客人，不知道当时的你是怎样的心态将他人物品占为己有，就此作罢。继续我们愉快的旅程，再次感谢酒店的工作人员。
