前台服务员服务态度和做法令本人非常不滿意，我续位时已经在网上订房了，订房讯息已经发出来了，因为赶时间出门，请前台刷新房卡，前台不同意。我当面打电话给网站，请他们帮忙協调时，准备给前台服务员接听电话，前台说房卡已经刷新了，当时就一大批的草尼玛跑出来。我朋友还是这酒店協议公司的，我说我们可以先放现金，如果网站没订单下来，我们付现入住。这位前台好像跟我有仇一样，就是不同意。本人建议大家如果时间紧张的情况，建议住附近300米的维也纳酒店。

钱没有白花，睡得很舒服，不差于五星酒店，服务很好，硬件设施齐全。下次来还会选择它。酒店周围交通非常便利，环境很好，房间内设施有一定智能化体验，感觉不错，还会继续选择入住的的 。顺便说下 酒店内的早餐还是相当不错的，小馄饨鲜美可口。这是新开不久的酒店，硬件设施没得说，酒店的员工也都特别热情，服务很好，早餐不错，晚上还有水果、牛奶，想的很周到
