过来珠海出差每次都是住这个酒店，然而就在刚刚，就被酒店的前台怼了！在网上预订两晚，第三晚就想续住，跟前台说留好房间。前台说价格要涨。好的涨没关系，晚上回来问了为什么涨价的原因，没想到戴黑框眼镜的中年大妈前台说，你这个价格是住不到这个房间的，完全一副爱住不住的表情。我瞬间就炸了，不好意思那我前两天住的都是什么？还是忍住没有将这些话说出口，因为我实在不适合撕*。但是身为服务人员，这样说话，这样的服务态度真的符合身份？希望酒店能够教育一下这人的服务态度，我们出钱住酒店是来享受的，不是找罪受的！

最近刚开始尝试在艺龙下单，连续两单的酒店都是霉味重到根本没法住，前一个起码可以打开窗通风，勉强接受了，今天这个珠海洪景湾大酒店就是一个工业区旁边，农民房群中的酒店，看着是刚装修的就定了，结果入住后房间特别重的霉味，号称有窗的房间结果就一面玻璃，跟艺龙和酒店几次沟通都是强词夺理说有窗并不代表可以打开，请问你家窗能打开吗？如果升级要以两倍的差价补给前台，要么就这样住，反正不能退，真是没见过这么恶心的酒店，希望以后入住的人慎重考虑，以免影响心情
