酒店很好，地理位置佳，设施也挺好，房间也大。就是服务跟进比较落后，首先下单的是园景房，下单一个多小时没有回应，然后联系客服，对方答复说没有了换海景房，还给了一个私人手机号的微信要付款，艺龙客服答复原订单艺龙开票，补款部分酒店开票，这是其一，只好取消原订单从新下单海景房了，成功。结果到了酒店，海景房没有了，换个一房一厅，说是升级了，其实价格一样的，这是其二。可见该酒店的系统管理多乱，起码那个订房的流程多不清晰，请这方面改进一下，要和你们酒店的其他硬件设施配套才好，谢谢!应

这家酒店是我们广州、珠海游里住的三家酒店里服务意识最差的，几乎没有服务，特别是前台做事三心二意的，我正在办入住，来了个人退房她又去办退房了，难道不应该提醒他排队吗？客房服务还是不错的，入住送水果，我们要求不打扫在我们回来的时候还写纸条提醒我需要打扫房间通知他们！
