前台不错，办理入住很快，态度很好。
大堂很空旷，很大，但是。。。。只是大
房间也是，太大，空，没有舒适感，应该做分区隔断的。
重点来了：房间冰箱没有东西。 前台电话打不通，总机电话也打不通，本来想定个叫早服务，电话一直打不通！！！！！ 第一次遇到五星级酒店这样的。
早餐很差劲，差到没东西可以吃那种。
反正酒店就是大，其他太差
以及，我在点评上面看比这里定要便宜100块！

三人入住加了一人费用57.5含早餐，酒店帮忙铺了沙发床，给了台空气净化器，还给了高楼层空间比较大的房间。老公说沙发床很舒服，床太软了，哈哈。早晨非常丰盛，酸奶养乐多样样都有，光牛奶就有四种全脂低脂脱脂全都有，还有果汁。现下的面条鸡蛋等等非常好，六百多三人价格非常值。酒店很高非常醒目，离华发商都打车十几块钱，吃的逛的很多，凯悦的品质还是很好的，酒店服务人员态度特别好，如果是会员会更好。

我们到店已经23:00，服务规范。早餐也算丰富，比佛山里水的凯悦嘉轩酒店要好。
缺点：1、大堂原本很漂亮大气，但是竟然有人在打扑克牌，而且人有四、五人，大声喧哗。2、浴品很次。
房间很大，两侧有窗，一条河蜿蜒，风景不错。
设施齐全，WiFi点赞！床品点赞！
