半个月前订了家庭房准备孩子考试用。结果到入住时告知没了。一会儿说我们过了入住时间。我们出示携程给的最后入住时间的短信，前台才无语。然后说帮我们升级高级双人房，我们说不行，因为一家三口，而且孩子要面试，所以才定的家庭房。多次交涉后，前台给了所谓他们老板的房间。还好，确实超大的，没耽误孩子考试。感觉新开业，不够专业，而且前台效率低。有待提高。
