住的5楼 凌晨2点居然还听到楼下ktv的声音 隔音实在太差了！然后洗发水也不补充 剩一点点 用超大力才勉强挤出一点！

除601商务套房迟9个小时安排入住，当天我们还预定了626大床房一间的，卫生真的不敢恭维，那2⃣️个彩色的靠枕真的脏得不行。卫生间的洗涤用品没有了，洗澡时致电前台送上来，结果就是我们退房离店洗涤用品都还没有送上来。更好笑的是，退房当天，我们出去吃个午饭回来，都还没有到退房时间，就有工作人员在搞卫生了。前台的工作人员的服务态度也是黑脸的。反正，这服务，这态度，也是我入住过那么多的酒店，从来没有遇到过的。不会再有下次的了。差得不行不行的

2⃣️年前常来珠海出差，那时候的入住感觉非常好，但这次带家人入住一肚子气。昨天1点左右到达，前台告知601房套间未有房，我体谅就带老携小去吃饭，再次返回时已3⃣️点多，再被告知未有房，问缘由，居然话有人入住半天，要6⃣️点才能退房。我就反问，先不说我按正常时间入住，你没有房给我也已属不妥，当我再问如果我甘迟才能入住，那是否我明天也可6⃣️点退房，服务员居然说可以，加钱就可以。不说还好，一说气就来了。我预订了房间，酒店清楚有客人入住，就不应该再放半天房出去，而是要按照正常时间给预定的客户入住，而非如此。真的好生气。
